This guy goes at a pace you want believe. He is very eager to please. Can do anything in construction. Has all his equipments with him every day. You are welcome to come look at the sun room he did for my wife. Great guy. You will not be disappointed i promise.

If I could add additional stars, I would because Denny and Chris are that good! What started as simply removing carpet and replacing it with laminate ended up being a total renovation of two bathrooms, three bedrooms, and a laundry room! Denny is a visionary--he can look at a space and make incredible suggestions for what COULD BE. Not only is he creative, but Denny is practical. My house has some challenges but Denny tackled each one with professionalism, creativity, and an eye on long term solutions. Every part of my house that DL Construction touched is gorgeous! I never imagined that my little house could be this stylish. While they were working on my house, I anticipated what craziness from the prior owner would be discovered; each time this happened, Denny had multiple ideas for how to fix the problem (hole in the roof; electric wired strangely; insulation not to specs; hot/cold pipes backwards; leaks and cracked pipes; and many, many more!). I cannot say enough about how talented Denny is. He is a prefectionist and will not leave anything left undone. I highly recommend DL Construction for his trustworthiness, attention to detail, and professionalism. I am saving so he can come demo my kitchen next.

Darrin and his crew are absolutely top-notch! They completely redid my entire house, and the results exceeded my expectations. He installed beautiful hardwood floors—some of the best I’ve seen—and they look incredible. He also replaced all of my porch ceilings with Zip Board and added attic insulation.
What really impressed me was that I was able to leave the entire project in his hands while I was out of town. When I returned, everything was perfect—done right the first time, with zero stress or worries on my end.
Darrin is extremely professional, well-equipped, and skilled to a T. He uses quality materials, pays attention to detail, and delivers excellent craftsmanship in every trade. Whether it’s flooring, building walls, roofing, or general house projects, he handles it all with ease.
